- The itinerary, and pick-up and drop-off must be located in Phuket only
- Please note that surcharge will apply if your preferred itinerary is located outside service area
- Service hour: 7:00 - 24:00
- Service during 24:01-06:59 hours will apply surcharge for outside service hour (night charge)

Amendment policy
- Changes made at least 24 hour(s) before the activity are free
Pick-up and drop-off
- Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
- The service hour will start based on your selected pick-up time
- The additional waiting time will be deducted from the service hours. If your selected pick up time is 8:00 am. but you come late at 9:00 am. The driver will count the service hour from 8:30 am
- If you are unreachable after the waiting time, you will be considered a no-show
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Additional hours: 300THB per hour
- Outside service hours: 500THB per hour
- The last service hour is at 24:00. Therefore, if you wish to use the service after this time, a surcharge willapply. For example, if you book 8 hours package and select a pick-up at 15:00 and arrive at yourdestination at 01:00, you will need to pay a surcharge for the one hour exceeding our regular service hours (a total of 500 THB). Please pay the driver directly.
